Individually handmade textured mug. Using a lightly textured black clay, with coloured slip and white glaze, this mug holds 400ml (3/4 pint) of liquid. Approx 10 cm wide x 8cm high.

Tactile raised dots and colour are applied during making to create a pleasingly textured mug. This mug is slab built, not using the potters wheel. All parts are built and hand joined separately. Due to the nature of the making process, no two mugs are the same. The raised texture is applied on the handle, the base and the bottom half of the mug and stretched out from the inside to create a soft roundness to the shape. The mug in the photo is representaive of the one you will receive. Dishwasher safe.
